All services are offered subject to availability. We may occasionally need to change or cancel appointments due to illness, emergencies, or unexpected circumstances. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange or refund where appropriate.

3. Bookings

You can book appointments online through our Wix booking system.

When you book, you agree to:

attend on time
follow any instructions given before your appointment (if applicable)

4. Payments

We accept payments:

online and/or in person

Payment methods include:

PayPal
BACS (bank transfer)
Cash in person

Prices are shown on our website (or confirmed during booking). We may update prices from time to time, but your booking will be charged at the rate confirmed at the time you booked.

5. Deposits

Some bookings may require a deposit to secure your appointment.

Deposits are usually non-refundable unless we cancel the appointment or agree otherwise in writing.

6. Cancellations and no-shows

We have a cancellation/no-show policy in place.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible using the details above.

If you do not attend your class or event (“no-show”), or you cancel too late, you may lose your deposit and/or be charged for the session (depending on the circumstances).

We handle refunds case-by-case (see section 7).

7. Refund policy

Refunds are considered case-by-case.

Include your name, booking details, and the reason for your request. We will respond as soon as possible.

8. Minimum age

Our services are available to clients aged 15 and over.

If you are under 18, we may require consent from a parent or guardian depending on the service being provided.
