I am Charis, and I help people rediscover their energy, purpose and independence through supportive, fun, and freeing wellbeing and dance workshops.
Charisma Wellbeing was created to make movement accessible, enjoyable, and empowering for everyone. We are not about perfection or pushing beyond your limits. It is about showing up, moving your body, and leaving each session feeling lighter and more energised.
Classes combine professional instruction with a friendly, encouraging approach, creating a space where you can build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence.
